Got a call on my landline, and as soon as I picked up, it was totally silent. I just hung up straight away. Tried ringing the number back but BT told me it can’t receive incoming calls. Bit odd, right? I get loads of calls from this exchange and none of them look legit - the numbers never seem familiar at all.
