Digital satellite uk rang up an elderly family member who’s ex-directory, tricking him into believing they were Sky. He ended up giving them personal info. There’s no email, no clear terms and conditions, and no real contact details to speak of. Getting in touch is a nightmare because there’s loads of companies with almost the same name. Plus, the bank number for payments doesn’t work at all. Watch out for these fraudsters!

I think this is a scam call trying to get you to set up direct debits. I found somewhere else saying this used to be a residential phone number, but apparently it hasn’t been active since 17th June 2011. Definitely don’t trust it!
