Someone rang me claiming to be from 3, saying they wanted to offer me some kind of discount.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Three, but they said 3G which I told them is totally outdated now. I kept them hanging on the phone for about five minutes before they finally told me to "hang up." When I reminded them they were the one who called me and told them to "hang up first, you dodgy scammer," they started muttering something about my mum and dad - sounded like some sort of family drama, not sure. Then I overheard them tell someone else to "clear the line". Proper dodgy!

I received a call from someone claiming to have a “fantastic offer” for an iPhone contract, supposedly from Vodafone. It all seemed rather dodgy to me!

They called saying they were from O2 and offered me a 30% discount on my phone bill. When I told them I wasn't interested, they just ended the call straight away.

I picked up but no one spoke, then the call just ended.

I got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, and since I was waiting on a call, I picked up and just said “hello.” I could hear some muffled noises in the back but nothing clear, and then they just ended the call.

I’m pretty sure this was one of those scam calls. Felt a bit dodgy from the start. Wouldn’t trust it at all.
