Got this automated call saying “this is BT, your landline and broadband will be cut off today. Press 1 to keep it active or 2 to confirm the disconnection.” Yesterday, someone rang claiming to be from BT about a supposed issue with my router and said they’d send out a replacement. I told them I don’t even have a BT router, and they just ended the call straight away!
