I received a rather unexpected phone call from this number and, out of curiosity, decided to return the call using 141. A woman named Karen picked up and mentioned she was with a firm called By The Bridge. Intrigued, I did a bit of online sleuthing and discovered that it’s a child fostering agency? Quite odd, as I’ve never had any involvement with anything related to fostering. What a peculiar situation!
