Today, I received a rather dodgy automated call supposedly from BT, alerting me that my broadband service is at risk of being cut off unless I get in touch with one of their agents by pressing 1 for further details. The thing is, the number calling me doesn’t belong to BT, and to top it off, my broadband is perfectly fine!
