On the 28th of March at around 10:24 in the morning, I had the displeasure of dealing with a rather abrasive Indian chap. He insisted that I owed £7 for some sort of TV upkeep, though I couldn’t quite make heads or tails of what that even meant. When I tried to clarify who I was supposedly paying, he became quite aggressive, so I promptly told him to shove off and hung up. Utterly frustrating experience, to say the least!
