Got a call from someone claiming they were from Sky, but they had a thick Indian accent and I struggled to catch what they were saying. All I made out was 'Sky' and 'pay your bill on time,' then it turned into a load of nonsense trying to get me to sign up for some £30 a month service. If I want anything from Sky, I’d much rather call them direct where I can actually understand what's going on. Ended up just hanging up.
