I got a call from what looked like a foreign number. When I picked up, a recorded voice of a lady with an American accent started talking. She claimed to be from BT and said they’d detected some kind of attack on my BT broadband, coming from California. Then she asked me to press 1 to get through to BT support. Pretty obvious it’s a scam, don’t fall for it!
