When I picked up the phone, I casually mentioned my first name, curious about the type of electricity meter in my home. However, I must say his attitude left much to be desired; he sounded rather unprofessional and not at all businesslike. In the end, I made it clear that I wasn't keen on receiving any more calls from them.
