I keep getting calls from Vanquis card payments. They’re linked to the Royal Bank of Scotland. They do have a legit phone number but honestly, they are pretty pushy when it comes to chasing payments that are late or missing. Bit annoying really.

Got a call from someone claiming to be VBank, asking straight away for my date of birth without saying why. Seriously?? I’m not about to hand over personal info to some bloke who just says "hi, I’m from the bank, what’s your date of birth?" especially when I know my account’s all fine. If this is a legit call, their team definitely needs some proper training!
