I got a call from a woman who said her name was Rose Parker, claiming to be from BT. She told me engineers were coming Monday to switch my phone line to fibre. She tried to find out how many laptops or iPads I had connected, and then asked me to open my laptop. That’s when I got a bit wary and told her I wasn’t interested before hanging up.
