It turns out the number is linked to a field agent employed by a firm called Advantis, located at Hollins Minton Buildings, Old Sheldon Road, Stoke-on-Trent. This matter is quite serious and warrants immediate attention. If anyone else has faced the same situation, I urge you to contact the police and the relevant authorities as well. *** UPDATE *** I just received a call from the Wiltshire Police informing me that, following their investigation into the number provided and after liaising with the county courts and the bailiff registry, they are dispatching an officer to my location on Wednesday. They intend to take my statement, along with copies of the letters and notes left by this dubious "bailiff" from Advantis, aiming to pursue charges for fraud and deception against both Advantis and the so-called bailiff. A word of caution to those who may have received any communication from Advantis requesting a call back to the following number: 01 793 875847 This is a scam-there are no genuine letters, no bailiffs, nothing at all to deliver. It's merely a fraudulent tactic to uncover your identity and ascertain who resides at your address, or to intimidate you into settling an alleged debt. *** FURTHER UPDATE *** It seems the Debt Collection Agency involved is Moorcroft, and the deceitful agent in question is one Mr Brien.

I received a call from the number 01793 875847, claiming to be Mr. Jones from the Lloyds Litigation department in Swindon. Unfortunately, the individual was quite rude and terminated our call twice while we tried to discuss my wife's situation regarding her outstanding debt. When we asked for her manager's name to lodge a complaint, she simply stated that Mr. Lloyd was in charge. However, when we reached out to Lloyds customer service to address this issue, we were told that she wasn’t affiliated with them at all! Quite the frustrating experience, I must say.

We found a handwritten note affixed to our door-definitely not delivered through the letterbox-indicating that a parcel awaited us at “my address,” but there was no name or contact number included. When we called the provided number, the person on the other end was exceedingly rude. They refused to disclose which company they represented and simply responded, “You called us, so who are you?” After trying to reach out again later, we were informed that they would be reporting us to the police. The individuals on the call were quite aggressive and even suggested we should contact law enforcement ourselves before abruptly hanging up. Now we’re quite concerned, as the police didn't recognise any of this. They did mention something about express parcels but quickly became unpleasant when we asked for clarification. Is there anyone who could provide some assistance regarding this situation?

I've just received a call as well, and it appears to be related to some sort of debt collection outfit. They’re claiming that we owe a sum to Santander.
