Kindly disregard my earlier message regarding this number; I mistakenly entered the wrong digit while searching. We’ve now sent our correspondence to the right number, and I can’t say I’m familiar with this one at all.

Our approach is usually to do our own digging whenever someone tries to pitch us something instead of just waiting for them to come to us. So, we simply mentioned that we are renting the property- a rather effective tactic for fending off those pesky home improvement salespeople! Fingers crossed that's the last we hear of it!
