My wife has been inundated with calls from some sort of Asian fraudster, insisting they’re from BT technical support and claiming our broadband is being accessed overnight. She firmly told them to take a hike, yet they kept pestering her, spouting all manner of threats, including the most unspeakable acts. Unless BT has drastically lowered their bar for customer service, it’s clear that this number is yet another scam, much like the dodgy Windows scams aimed at gaining access to your computer. - Caller: Scam Alert
