I received a dodgy automated message prompting me to hit 1 to verify or 2 to reject two dubious transactions linked to my bank account. One was supposedly for Amazon, while the other was meant for an overseas bank. Quite the cheeky scam, if you ask me!

Got a call with a recorded voice saying press 1 and stuff like that... ended up with Amazon charging me £300 and £1000 from my bank. Definitely a scam!
