I got a call from a bloke asking loads of stuff about my phone and contract, pushing me to sign up for a new deal. He said he worked for O2 and then BT. When I asked a few questions, he just lost it, told me to shut up and called me some proper nasty names. Won't be answering calls like that again!

Received a call from someone claiming to be from 02, saying they wanted to discuss a fresh contract. Strangely, he then said he was representing BT. When I mentioned I wasn't keen and to remove my number from their list, the chap had the audacity to tell me to be quiet and labelled me a bloody fool. Quite the experience, to say the least!

Got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon Prime, it was a recorded message. They tried to charge me £95 for a renewal I never knew about. I’m not even a Prime member, so I just ended the call straight away.
