They said I had reached out to them before, which isn’t true at all. Each time I asked how they got my number, they just came up with more lies about previous calls. The second I pressed for the actual source of my contact info, the person on the line got rude and defensive. From what I’ve dealt with, they seem like a pretty dodgy company.

TWC is a terrible firm. They did some work for me and it was really badly done. I had to wait ages for them to come back and fix their mistakes. Seems like they care more about getting paid than actually admitting their work isn’t up to scratch.

TWC Home Improvements Ltd is a legit firm. Ive been in this field myself and from what Ive seen they only ring up folks who have either reached out by email or handed their details to one of their door-to-door reps. So its not like they just call random people.

Exact same as what everyone else says here. Got a call from some pushy telemarketer pretending to be all cheerful, but that quickly disappeared when I told them ‘NO thanks... and just so you know, I’ll be reporting this’. Probably won’t make a difference though, they’ll just keep ringing dozens more people this week, next week, and the week after that, I bet...

Today, at about 1:22pm on the 2nd of October 2018, I received a call from 01793781413 while enjoying lunch that my wife had kindly prepared. Since I was busy, I didn’t answer my landline. Later, I checked my caller ID by dialling 1471 to see if the call was urgent. The system gave me the choice to call back by pressing 3, which would cost me, but instead I opted to find out the location of the number to verify if it was legit. Turns out, it was a scam or fake call. Funny enough, the British Government just made it illegal to make such nuisance calls as of today (1st October 2018), with hefty fines for offenders. But where is the enforcement? Seems like they aren’t doing much to catch these dodgy callers. I’m planning to write to the UK Home Secretary about this issue - it’s really up to them to take action. Meanwhile, I’ve got a call blocker on my phone and will block any suspicious calls as soon as I get the chance to answer. That’s final.

Windows Centre. They really couldnt take the hint with me saying NO. They spoke like they already knew the kind of work my house might need, like they been snooping about, which honestly creeped me out. I told the guy I was hanging up but he just kept yapping until i finally ended the call. Given it looks like they had been checking out my place beforehand, I’m marking this as a dangerous and harassing call.

This morning I got a call, the person said good morning Mrs ??? I told them they had the wrong number, then they said oh sorry Mr ??? I told them I’m not interested in double glazing, they asked how I knew it was about windows, I said it’s on my spam list, we both had a laugh and then said goodbye.

Got a few calls from this number. Some bloke called "Mr Bennett" about windows, and weirdly he knew our names and where we live. Kept pushing to come 'round and give a quote, even after I told them we’re not interested. Proper annoying and feels a bit dodgy.

Then they said something like "I guess windows and doors aren’t what you’re thinking about right now." They claimed to be a small independent "local" business called The Window Centre, said they’re new and wanted to arrange a time to give a quote. I told them my husband used to run a window company and my son still works there, so we’d use them if we needed anything. The bloke sighed and hung up. After reading these reviews, maybe I should’ve been a bit less friendly!

A double glazing firm situated in Swindon has been persistently contacting me. They've resorted to aggressive sales techniques and, quite frankly, can be rather impolite and intimidating. I've repeatedly requested to have my details taken off their list, yet my pleas seem to fall on deaf ears. It appears they’ve simply switched to this new number to bypass those whom they've upset. I would strongly advise steering clear of this persistent and intrusive caller. It's best not to pick up!

There’s a double glazing firm from Swindon that calls up being really pushy and quite nasty sometimes. I've told them loads of times to stop calling and take me off their list but they just don’t listen. Now they’re ringing from a different number, probably so I can’t block them.
