this number has been pestering my old and fragile grandparents nonstop for ages now. just last saturday afternoon, they called three times in less than 10 minutes. i was with them and answered the calls, giving a piece of my mind to those awful women behind it all. how would they like it if someone treated their own granny like that? they claimed to be from mercedes benz, which i find shocking - i can't believe a reputable company would let their employees bully innocent folks like this. honestly, it's disgraceful.
