about 5 minutes ago, i got a call from this number. a bloke with a really quiet, hard to understand voice, sounded like he had some sort of foreign accent. i told him i couldn’t make out what he was saying, paused for a bit, then said i’m hanging up now. he didn’t say a word back. so i just ended the call.
