Just received yet another dodgy call pretending to be from Amazon, this time yapping on about gift vouchers. It's getting tiresome!

Got a call from 01793631078 which I picked up since it showed as a local number. The bloke on the other end said he was Oscar from Amazon, but his accent was definitely Asian, not what you'd expect from here. He mentioned something about someone trying to buy a phone using my info from an IP address or something. Told him I couldn’t quite catch what he was saying and then the call just cut off. I reckon it was some kind of scam, especially since the internet connection they mentioned isn’t even registered in my name.
