I told him I’d ring my provider first and get back to him. The bloke on the line, an Asian chap who called himself Mr Wilson, asked me quite a few questions. But when I told him I wasn’t convinced, he said I could call customer service to check. He gave me this number 01793596931 and said it was a toll free number, which isn’t something we usually say round here.
