Exercise caution with this one - it could well be a scam. Lately, I’ve been inundated with emails claiming that a UPS package couldn't be delivered, but they’re riddled with terrible grammar and have absolutely nothing to do with UPS. Seems like a ploy from overseas to prompt a response, so they can fish for answers and pilfer personal identification details. I’d strongly advise against ringing that number back; you could end up with a hefty charge on your next phone bill. Just stay alert!
