11 yearsI've been getting calls from people claiming they need to come over to check something to do with security. I never shared my address with them, yet they already know where I live and keep phoning, asking when we'll be home! They rang again today saying they'd be coming round. I decided to call back the number they used (01793420024), but it turned out to be an estate agent who denied ever contacting me. The first time they called, a few weeks ago, they used a different number, but since they were asking for my address and I never gave it, I assumed they wouldn’t call again or turn up at my house. Now I’m getting worried this might be some kind of scam because they have info about me I never shared, like my address and even my work shifts.
