I received a call from this chap earlier, during which I mentioned that I might consider swapping out my patio doors. He then claimed his crew was nearby and could drop by to take some measurements. However, as soon as I mentioned that I needed to ponder over it a bit, his demeanour shifted rather markedly. 😏 He became quite displeased and rather insistent.
