I picked up but the line just went dead, was probably one of those call centers?

Got a call supposedly from RBS, chatting about upgrading my account and even saving me a bundle on my mortgage. The whole thing was a long spiel, but they never asked any security questions. Then when the call just cut off, I got another ring back, this time from a mobile. Checked in with RBS fraud and they told me the caller wasn’t anyone linked to the bank and there’s nothing on my account about them contacting me. Definitely dodgy.
