Reports on phone number 01793329683
2 yearsGot a call from the number listed here, supposed to be Virgin Media saying there was some big problem with my router. I told them I didn’t believe it and they wanted me to switch on devices linked to the router so they could show me the issue. I wasn’t having it and hung up straight away. Tried calling the number back but just got an automated message saying ‘sorry, number not recognised, please try again,’ nothing like Virgin Media’s usual reply. Double checked I’d dialled it right, no mistake there. Feels like a total scam to me.Virgin MediaSubmit Your Own Report (01793 329683)
