Someone rang me saying they were from Virgin Media, saying there was a problem with my broadband speed and they needed me to go online to sort it out. I found it fishy straight away and told them to ring back in 5 minutes. Then I rang Virgin Customer Support who told me it was a scam and that real reps would always start by asking security questions first. They did call again from a different number (01256214423) and kept pushing me to let them access a device I use for internet, but I just said no and they finally gave up.
