Got a couple of calls this morning claiming to be from Virgin Media, one of the numbers was 01273885054. We were pretty sure they were scammers. When I mentioned to the second lady that we’d already had a Virgin Media call earlier, she just hung up straight away. Neither caller knew our account name and both ended the call abruptly, not very professional at all, and I doubt Virgin Media would be happy with how they handled it.
