Got a call from someone saying they were Virgin Media, but the person had a strong foreign accent and their English was really bad. They asked for my internet details out of the blue, no explanation about any issues or unusual activity, then wanted to access my system remotely. When I questioned them about who they were, the call just got cut off straight away.
