Someone called saying they were from HMRC and claimed there was a warrant out for me. It was really upsetting.

I got a call from 01793 291054 on my mobile, which hardly ever gets these random calls. The person had a strong Indian accent and I couldn’t catch a word they said. When I said I wasn’t interested, they just ended the call. I have no idea how my number ended up on those marketing or maybe scam lists. Then I got another call from a different number yesterday, so somehow my phone number’s been added to these annoying lists. It’s really frustrating since my number’s been clear of this stuff for ages until now.

Now, here’s the rub: my son doesn’t handle any electricity charges; those are all under my husband’s name. Plus, my son doesn’t even use the landline we have.
