I got a call on my phone the other day but the line just went dead as soon as I picked up. Tried calling back from my mobile but got cut off again. When I used my landline to ring them, an answerphone kicked in saying it was "Premier Financial" and that all their agents were tied up. From what I found online, Premier Financial deals with things like PPI and bank charge claims.
