It seems there’s been a bit of chatter about energy performance certificates. They were rather persistent with their inquiries, which I found a tad off-putting. I managed to respond to a handful of questions, but when they inquired about the number of residents at my property, I chose to end the call. It felt suspiciously like they were fishing for a reason to sell me a new energy performance certificate, which, inevitably, would mean forking out some cash. Definitely had the vibes of a sales pitch.

I got a call saying there was suspicious activity on my debit card, then they asked me to share all my bank info with that number. So sketchy!
