Got a call from this number earlier today. I decided to ring them back. The person on the line wouldn't tell me their name and just said someone else must’ve called me before. He then mentioned I could get some money back from insurance, but soon switched to saying I’d been mis-sold something and could claim compensation. I wasn’t interested and responded politely, but he got quite rude which I didn’t like, then just hung up on me. I’m going to block the number now as from what I’ve seen here, they seem to pretend to be from different companies when they call.

This morning about half past ten, I got a phone call from a man who said his name was Marcus. He claimed I’d been sold financial products incorrectly. I asked him how he got my details and he said I was on some kind of list. Clearly they’re just cold calling since I don’t have any such products - and even if I did, I wouldn’t want their calls. It annoyed me because I was busy working and then wasted time returning what I thought was something important, only to find out it was rubbish. I told him to erase my info from all their records straight away.
