6 yearsIf you happen to get a call from this number, I implore you to hang up IMMEDIATELY! It's undoubtedly a scam. The caller informed me that I was entitled to a £4,500 PPI reimbursement, but it was a complete fabrication. Then she meandered into a nonsensical discussion about life insurance policies. Utter nonsense! Don't give these crooks your attention for even a moment. I certainly didn’t, as the woman was rattling off her spiel at such a speed that I could hardly make out what she was saying-the bits I did understand were pure rubbish. She claimed to be associated with Blackhorse Finance out of Manchester, but let me tell you, Blackhorse doesn’t even have an office in Manchester; their calls come from Swansea! If it were within my power, I’d have a good word or two with the woman who so thoroughly ruined my lovely Friday morning, all with the promise of a supposed £4,500 windfall. Please, for your own sake, don’t fall for the trap that nearly ensnared me.Blackhorse FinanceManchesterBlackhorseSwansea6 yearsI can’t understand why the law folks can’t seem to catch these scammers and put them behind bars. They ask for personal info, but you gotta never give them a thing! It’s really frustrating.6 yearsGot a call from this number two times - first they asked for my sort code, then the following day they rang my accountant’s number. I asked him why not just send me a cheque instead, and he said they could only do direct payments to my account. Then he started asking for my full name, address, DOB and bank details. That’s when I just burst out laughing and ended the call. Haven’t heard from them since, number’s blocked now.6 yearsGot a ring from this number earlier, a guy claiming he was calling from Black Horse about some PPI thing. I told him I’d already sorted that out last year, but he kept insisting I hadn’t. Then he asked which bank I used, so I said NatWest (not even my bank, haha). Next thing he’s asking for my account number and sort code! I just laughed and said there’s no chance of that happening before I ended the call. Sounded like he was Asian judging by the accent. Blocked the number straight away.Black HorseNatWest6 yearsI was contacted regarding a supposed £3600 owed to me by Black Horse Finance, and they asked for my bank information.
