4 yearsGot a robocall saying I'd supposedly paid for two orders worth about £300 and over £1000, the bigger one said to be from abroad. It told me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to someone. Chose 2 and got a guy calling himself Brian, sounded Indian or Asian. When I asked for proof, he said he was from bank security but wouldn’t say which bank, only that they worked with UK banks. Didn’t know my name or details about my accounts and fumbled when I mentioned my bank’s fraud team would contact me if anything dodgy was up. Then he just hung up on me.
