I got a call where the person said if I wanted to keep my phone working without getting cut off, I should just hit 1. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

This number rang me up saying my internet service was going to be cut off, but they never actually said which service it was. The voice sounded like a boring robot telling me the call was being recorded and to press 1 or 2 to continue. It was pretty fake sounding, didn’t sound like a real person at all. I didn’t press anything and just hung up straight away. Came out of nowhere and felt fishy. Wouldn’t advise anyone to take the bait, might be worth letting your internet provider know about it.
