She claimed to be contacting me regarding a life insurance policy that needed some sort of update. She mentioned that, when I originally took out the policy, I must have consented to having it reviewed every 18 to 24 months. I straight up told her that I never agreed to anything of the sort, and before I could express my concerns further, she abruptly hung up on me. What’s rather concerning is that she had my name, although it wasn't the name I’d normally associate with any life insurance agreements I'd made. Quite troubling, if I'm honest!
