Got a call claiming it was regarding my life insurance with Scottish Widows, supposedly paid monthly by direct debit - which I definitely don’t have. I politely told the bloke to get lost and ended the call, but he had the nerve to ring me back! I then asked to speak to a manager and said I was recording the call. He left me on hold with some music, then it just went dead silent. I didn’t wait around and just hung up.
