When I picked up the phone, the line was awful, really faint with what I swear was noisy background buzzing, like a busy call centre or something. The guy asked for me, but then just kept saying "hello" without actually responding when I tried to talk. Got fed up and hung up.

Got a call earlier today where they mentioned my last name correctly and asked if I wanted to renew my life insurance. I told them I didn't have one. Then they asked if I owned a home, I said no, then they quickly said sorry and ended the call. Could hear people chatting in the background like a call centre. They weren't pushy or disrespectful, so I'll just rate it as neutral.
