I had a rather puzzling experience with a foreign lady on the phone who didn’t seem to be honest about her name. The call was filled with that typical call centre chatter in the background. It appeared to come from Swansea, but I can assure you, no one from around here speaks like that. I suspect it’s a spoofed number.

Someone was chasing after a Miss Williams, and I quickly informed them that they'd dialled the wrong digit. I really don’t fancy them calling back, so cheers for sorting that out!
