Received a call from an area code associated with Swansea, yet it wasn’t someone from Swansea at all! They claimed I’d won an iPad - fantastic, right? But then they went on about how I could save a fortune on my TV, broadband, and landline. I attempted to explain that I’m quite happy with my current deal, but she wouldn’t let it go. Kept addressing me as “love”, which rubbed me the wrong way! Ultimately, I just had to hang up.
