I received two calls quite closely together after we signed up for a new phone contract with Phones4U. On the first occasion, I made it clear to the chap on the other end that we weren't interested, but he just wouldn't take the hint and I eventually hung up. The second time, we decided not to pick up at all. To "Martyn Smith," it's baffling how these companies peddle their insurance alongside phone contracts. People would be far better off dealing with a trustworthy agency rather than some commission-hungry telemarketer from your appalling establishment.

Well then, Martyn, it’s commendable that you wish to stand by your firm. Nevertheless, would you be so kind as to clarify where exactly you source your information regarding the latest mobile devices?

I'm rather puzzled as to where you sourced your information, as it seems you might not have been fully engaged in the discussion! To start with, I have a record of my phone calls, and you're most welcome to ask for a copy of the recording. Additionally, I clearly went through three (that’s right, three) assertions indicating that I have no association with your present mobile provider or insurer. Moreover, my insurance policy certainly wasn’t £4.99 a month! Lastly, there’s no Dave on our team! Thank you very much for your attention. Best regards, Martyn Smith. Customer Services. REIFS.

Today, we received a call from this lot, and somehow we ended up swapping our insurance without realising it. We were at the office, and we genuinely thought they were affiliated with phones4u. Tried giving them a ring back to sort out a cancellation this evening, but they've told us we need to speak to someone else tomorrow. Fingers crossed we can sort it all out without them hitting us with any charges!

Caution is advised, as we suspect these individuals may be up to no good! It would be wise to instruct them to remove your details from their listings and refrain from reaching out to you again. We recently acquired our phone just a fortnight back, and so far, this number has attempted to contact us on two occasions. We do not have any insurance with Phones 4 U. If you're ever unsure about your insurance status, it’s best to reach out directly to your telephone provider. They can offer you insurance over the phone should you require it. Best to steer clear of these characters! You’ve been forewarned.

We've just had a rather unpleasant call from this aggressive lady using this number, and I must say, I would be tempted to give her a piece of my mind! Steer clear of this company, I implore you. It’s quite concerning how they’ve ended up with my personal information. This is definitely a dodgy situation written all over it!

When we bought our phone from Phones 4 U, the chap who helped us definitely cautioned us about these sorts of calls. I’m not suggesting this company is dodgy at all, but the best tip he gave was to keep hold of the insurance you took out right when you got your device.

I received a call from this number, and a rather rude chap claimed to represent our mobile phone insurance company, despite the fact that we haven't taken out any insurance on our device at all. Such a cheeky ploy!

We received a call earlier, and we're quite convinced that these individuals are attempting to deceive us into ending our current insurance to take out a new policy with them.

Hi Martyn. Is that you? The issue at hand is those incessant calls that no one asked for, not to mention the deceitful conduct of your team. Shall we continue discussing this?

Having spent a fair amount of time in various insurance roles throughout Swansea, dealing with products like PPI and DM, I can confidently say that these offerings aren’t inherently deceitful; rather, it’s often down to the sales tactics employed.
It’s quite clear you've got some connection to that establishment, Josh!
Moreover, your choice of the phrase "bite the bullet" is utterly misplaced; it generally signifies enduring a difficult situation without voicing one's concerns.

In summary, while I appreciate your attempt to pose as a customer, you’ve inadvertently done more to tarnish the firm's image by showcasing the ineptitude of their staff.

And look at you, £20 lighter-might I suggest treating yourself to a delightful tin of something sweet and sticky?

Be cautious, as I suspect these individuals might be up to no good! Just instruct them to take your name off their list and refrain from reaching out again! I picked up my new phone a fortnight ago, and I've already received two calls from this number. I don't have any insurance with Phones 4 U. If you're unsure about your insurance status, it’s best to get in touch with your mobile provider directly. They can set you up with insurance over the phone if that’s what you’re after. Don't be fooled by these folks! Consider this a fair warning!
