I received a rather peculiar call from a woman with an accent, claiming to represent Sky. This immediately raised my suspicions, so I decided it best to reach out to Sky directly for clarification. Upon chatting with an actual Sky representative, I was relieved to learn that my broadband connection is perfectly fine. So, do watch out for this scammer, everyone!
