Got a call recently from this number, same area code as several others that keep popping up. When I answered and asked if they actually wanted to speak to me, they got all irate after I joked that if I wasn’t them, they should report me for breaking in and picking up the phone anyway. Next thing, they just cut the line. Classic! They kick off with a dumb question and then can’t handle a bit of cheek back.

Phone rang on 15th May, but it just said ‘international’ on the caller ID, so I let it go to voicemail.

Whether it’s a company or just an individual, they really need to be made aware of this. It’s honestly absurd. Since you can track the location and area, it shouldn’t be all that hard to pay them a visit and have a chat. Up to now, it just feels like harassment, especially since they ended the call abruptly.

I picked up and could hear a busy office noise behind whoever it was, but when I said hello, nobody replied, so I just ended the call!

Got calls from this number about four times in just a minute. Didn’t pick up since the area code looked familiar but the last six digits were different now. Didn’t want to answer as I didn’t recognise it. Seems like they’re pretty relentless.

Got a call from someone claiming to be the ‘consumer helpline’ and said they were in Swansea. When I asked if the call was recorded, they dodged the question. They wanted to confirm who I was to the person they called - my partner, whose name is listed in the phone book. Even though we're registered with TPS. I mentioned my partner is quite vulnerable and I only call him for important reasons, then they just hung up. I blocked the number straight away.

Got a call asking about the money I've spent on a timeshare, they wouldn't tell me how they found my number though. I'm on the TPS, so I’m definitely reporting it. Quite annoying!

the person on the phone wouldn't tell me what company they represented or even their own name. they sounded dodgy, kinda pushy even, making me think straight away that this call was fishy and probably not legit.
