So, today on 28/04/2017, I got a call from 01792824570 claiming to be some kind of PPI firm around midday. They offered to help me with a free claim for £2000 PPI, but I told them they must be mistaken about who I was. Then out of nowhere, they started rattling off my personal info - my address, postcode, even my phone number - without me giving any of it out! Honestly, that’s a massive breach of FCA rules right there. I called back but couldn’t get through on that number. Just a heads up, beware of PPI calls coming from this number.

Received a call from this number. It appears the customer service training could do with a refresh. I tried to remain courteous and informed them that I hadn’t been mis-sold any policies. To my surprise, the woman on the other end just cut me off without a word. EXCEEDINGLY DISRESPECTFUL! Honestly, who in their right mind would seek assistance from a company with that kind of attitude?
