So, today on 28/04/2017, I got a call from 01792824570 claiming to be some kind of PPI firm around midday. They offered to help me with a free claim for £2000 PPI, but I told them they must be mistaken about who I was. Then out of nowhere, they started rattling off my personal info - my address, postcode, even my phone number - without me giving any of it out! Honestly, that’s a massive breach of FCA rules right there. I called back but couldn’t get through on that number. Just a heads up, beware of PPI calls coming from this number.

This number called me earlier. Honestly, their customer service seemed pretty outdated. I stayed calm and told the woman that I hadn’t been sold any wrong policies. Without a word, she just ended the call. So disrespectful! I can't imagine why anyone would choose a firm like that when looking for assistance.
