Got a call from this number, a bloke with a southern accent who said his name was Tom, asked if I was the homeowner. I said no, and he went on saying that was fine, then started rambling about saving energy at home, mentioning that our postcode was picked for some kind of deal and that it’d been in The Telegraph. Tried to cut him off but then I noticed it was just a recording. The call ended right after.

Not long ago, Germany caught an Indian couple spying on Sri Lankan people. Some other suspicious numbers I've seen are 02922749308, 01134199968, 02036951774, etc. Someone in the UK, who invented a device to track them, is totally stumped. From what I've read in the news, these numbers use a special VPN setup that makes them impossible to trace.

Got a call from someone saying they were Mr Williams and that I had to review my life insurance policy - which I don’t even have. When I asked which company they were with, they just wouldn’t say. Then when I asked who they thought they were talking to, they asked for my name instead. I told them to buzz off and to wipe my info from their system.

I called them last night and asked to be taken off their list, they promised they would do it. Yet, I got another call today. I rang them again and said I was told my number would be removed. Received a call from someone claiming to be "life choices" trying to “refresh” my life insurance details. They asked me how much I was currently paying. I told them, if they didn’t even know my payment amount, how could they say it needed updating? They kept insisting an update was needed because I was supposedly "overpaying". When I questioned how they could be sure I was being overcharged without knowing my actual payments to start with, they didn’t have a clear answer.
