On Fri 11th Jan, the day my uncle’s funeral was, a woman named Tracey rang me. When I told her it wasn’t a good moment ‘cos I was about to leave for the funeral, she rudely replied ‘yeah, I’ve heard that one before’ and just hung up. Honestly, what a rude piece of rubbish.

I received a rather persistent phone call from a chap claiming I had an outstanding PPI refund due to me-which I absolutely do not. I mentioned that it was during my lunch break and that I was rather occupied at that moment. To my astonishment, he responded quite rudely!
