I'm desperate to have a word with the Director concerning mental health and wellbeing matters. When I suggested emailing as a communication method, they informed me that was a no-go; I had to chat with someone to get permission for that. It's baffling! Why on earth would a Director of a sizeable firm pick up a random call? There's simply no way to ascertain their identity without some form of written communication. I've now blocked the number entirely.
