Tried getting in touch with the Director regarding mental health and wellbeing, but when I said I preferred email, they said emailing wasn’t an option - supposedly, they need to speak first to get permission to email (seriously!). I don’t see why they expect a Director from a big firm to just answer a random call. There was no way to check if they were genuine without an email address. I've blocked the number now.
