He began with the classic line about your computer being infected, trying to convince me of a non-existent crisis by asking me to access the 'Run' command. He then had me type 'eventvwr,' which, as expected, led me to the 'Event Viewer' page full of harmless error messages. I feigned confusion, adopting an air of concern, and he reassured me that everything was absolutely fine and easily fixable. Next, he wanted me to open the 'Run' window once more and input a web address: www.ammyy.com.
